Скайпы разные пробовал и портабельные и с сайта и старые и новые. Везде одинаково — загорается индикатор, в программе крутит колесико и тёмный экран.
Win10 накатили на 8.1. До обновления, говорят, работала. моушн-детектор уже удалил — не помогло.
Через ВЭБ-версию скайпа то жен самое.
